stress management solutions for the workplace
moving beyond stress
Our moving beyond stress workshop gives delegates tangible techniques, knowledge, insights and strategies in order to manage, mitigate and reduce the physical and psychological effects of stress. Delegates engage on a thorough exploration of how to manage stress most effectively, which is then supported by a series of simple yet highly effective mind-body exercises – empowering them to take ownership of their personal wellbeing.
what does the workshop involve?
The Moving Beyond Stress workshop equips delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the physiological and psychological effects of stress and the importance of managing stress for improved mental and physical wellbeing.
Delegates are guided through an incremental development of personalised stress management strategies as well as being additionally equipped with a set of highly effective relaxation techniques. How can you book a 'moving beyond stress' workshop?
When it comes to booking a workshop there are two options: In most cases we will visit the workplace and deliver our stress management training in house (we work with organisations nationwide). However, to help smaller businesses we also run several workshops throughout the year from our base in the East Midlands, employers can book individual staff members onto them via our Eventbrite link.

How accessible is the workshop?
Very. The workshop is aimed to be as inclusive as possible. All exercises and practical work are adaptable depending on delegates needs. Most mobility issues can be accommodated. All movement-based activity contained within the workshop is easy and simple to perform, with no specialist equipment or apparatus necessary. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements
How many delegates can attend a workshop?
To ensure delegates get the highest quality experience as possible, the maximum number of delegates is usually 40. Although please speak to us if you have numbers larger than 40 to discuss what we can do for you.
How long is the workshop?
We suggest a minimum time of 3 hours to cover all aspects of the workshop. This is usually done comfortable during a morning or an afternoon of a normal working day (the workshops we run ourselves are usually 10am to 3pm with a lunch break). However, we can alter the length of our stress management sessions depending on your needs – be that a one hour refresher or a two day fully immersive wellbeing event. We are very happy to work with you to bring you the best service for your organisation.
