about us
We specialise in workplace stress management and we firmly believe that when people thrive, so does your business – which is why we have spent many years refining our packages to ensure employers get the optimum return in their investment when it comes to staff wellbeing training and professional development.

Stress is now the major reason for workplace absenteeism. A recent CIPD Absence Management survey concluded that stress related illness was directly responsible for 37% of all workforce absemteeism, costing the British economy over £17 billion a year, and it is widely accepted that stress related illness can lead to serious and longer term health conditions and longer term absence if not addressed effectively. We are passionate about changing those numbers by giving everyone the right tools to manage their stress effectively.
CPD accredited
