how you can work with us
Moving beyond stress founder Wes Mollison delivers his immersive wellbeing workshops for organisations nationwide, as well as running regular wellbeing events across the midlands.

Wes has worked professionally in public health and workplace health for many years and has over two decades experience and training in various stress management modalities and embodied movement practices. He has a wealth of experience providing training and group facilitation in a wide variety of work-place settings, as well as mobilising and implementing government funded workplace wellbeing initiatives. He is a former Executive Director for the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain and is a member of both the Royal Society for Public Health and the Mindfulness Association.
